This is a way for locals to stay active, build confidence, and enjoy time together. Swimming offer a multitude of low impact ways to get your cardio in for the day.

Our owner proudly volunteers as a coach for participants of all ages and fitness levels. She enjoys the workout, and building rapport with her neighbors.
